ABOUT USA   The United Staff Association (USA) is a membership organization of over 200 professional and associate staff members of the New Jersey Education Association. USA is an affiliate of the National Staff Organization (NSO), the world's largest union of union staff members, proudly representing 5,000 members from 85 affiliates in 50 states. Mission Our mission is to strengthen and support our members' professional, personal, economic, and advocacy needs.
